Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is also required.

Hygiene Policy — Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once removed from their original sealed packaging. Please ensure you wish to keep your purchase before opening.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at contact@amoreparis.com to initiate your return. Once accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

UK, US & Canada: Duties or taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable. Please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as “RETURN OF GOODS – NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. CUSTOMER RETURN” to avoid import charges.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and the standard return policy applies. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@amoreparis.com with your order number.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your original order following the return process above and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items without their original tags or that show signs of wear or damage are also ineligible for return.

Product Appearance
We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible through photography. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your device screen and display settings. Variations of this nature do not constitute a defect and are not eligible for return.

Gold Plating
Our pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver with 18K gold plating. Please be aware that gold plating is subject to natural wear over time, particularly with frequent use or exposure to external agents. This is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under our quality guarantee. We recommend reading our Product Care guide to extend the life of your jewellery.

Damages & Defective Items
We take great care in crafting and inspecting every piece before it leaves our hands. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@amoreparis.com with your order number and a photo of the item — we’ll make it right.
Please note that wear over time, accidental damage, or improper care are not covered under our quality guarantee, as we are unable to assess how an item has been handled after delivery.

Return Shipping Liability
Amore Paris is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU customers only)
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility conditions apply: the item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, accompanied by your order confirmation email. Please note that the hygiene exemption for earrings applies within this period as well.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days from the date of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount.
For partial returns, only the value of the returned item(s) will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@amoreparis.com.
