At Amore Paris, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to all our customers.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all European countries, the UK, the United States, and Canada.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders to European countries. For the UK, US, and Canada, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Please note that for orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Amore Paris has no control over these fees and is unable to predict their amount.
Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll notify you of any significant delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 3–5 business days
UK: 5–7 business days
US & Canada: 7–10 business days
These are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier disruptions, which are outside our control.
Customs Delays
Customs clearance times vary by country and are entirely outside our control. Delays caused by customs do not qualify as grounds for a refund or cancellation of order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your shipment at any time.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Amore Paris cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@amoreparis.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Parcels Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations on your property. Amore Paris is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier, including in cases of theft or loss after delivery. Please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
