Pricing & Payment
Europe: All prices are listed in Euro and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
UK, US & Canada: Prices are listed in local currency and do not include shipping costs, VAT, or customs duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Price Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, Amore Paris reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

Promotional Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. Amore Paris reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time.

Product Availability

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at contact@amoreparis.com.

Product Quality & Legal Guarantee
Every Amore Paris piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, customers are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for products that present a manufacturing defect at the time of purchase.
Please note that our pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver with 18K gold plating. Natural wear over time, tarnishing, or damage resulting from improper use, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or failure to follow our Product Care guidelines are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under this guarantee. As it is not possible to determine how a product has been handled after delivery, any claim must be supported by photographic evidence and submitted to contact@amoreparis.com for evaluation on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure
Amore Paris shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, carrier disruptions, or any other force majeure event.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amore Paris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
